Delivery: Courses are delivered online through live sessions and recorded videos. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate.

Our self-paced program allows learners to explore and learn at their convenience using our AI-powered platform. Trial Period: Learners are eligible for a free trial period of 1 or 2 weeks (as specified at the time of signup). During this trial, users can explore the platform and decide if it meets their learning needs. Subscription Activation: After the trial period ends, continued access to the platform requires a monthly or term-based subscription payment. Refund Policy: Once the subscription payment is made after the trial period, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please make your payment decision mindfully after utilizing the trial period.

Trainer-Led Programs

Our trainer-led programs offer live, interactive Dutch lessons guided by certified trainers, structured according to our Bulletproof Lesson Plan. Trial/Exploration Phase: Before enrolling fully, learners may attend trial sessions or preview content (if applicable). After this phase, full enrollment requires payment. Installment Payments: For convenience, learners may pay in 2 or 3 installments, based on the selected plan. Refund Policy: Once the first installment is made and the learner is officially enrolled after the trial period: - No refunds will be issued for any amount paid. - This applies to all installments, whether paid fully or partially. - Refunds will not be provided due to missed classes, personal circumstances, or change of mind.

All content made available on the Hexallt Language Academy platform, including but not limited to curriculum materials, study guides, training syllabi, assignments, quizzes, assessments, documentation, logos, designs, graphics, text, and multimedia, is the exclusive property of Hexallt Language Academy unless otherwise indicated. These materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Trainers who upload or create content (recorded lessons, notes, presentations, assignments, exercises, assessments) grant Hexallt Language Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute this content through the platform. Trainers retain ownership but may not use it outside Hexallt without permission. Students may submit assignments, exercises, and other work for evaluation. Hexallt does not claim ownership but retains a license to store and display for evaluation. Third-party content used on Hexallt is either licensed or attributed. We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from users.
